The Hunger Games Trilogy

Panem is what is left of North America. Panem is divided into districts with the Capitol in charge of them. The Capitol has invented The Hunger Games to remind the Districts not to rebel against them. Sixteen year old Katniss Everdeen lives with her mother and sister, Prim in District 12. She is this year's female tribute to represent her Disctrict in the Hunger Games. She has to fight and kill if she plans to make it out of the arena alive.

The Hunger Games Trilogy

Katniss and Peeta won the 74th annual Hunger Games while defying the Capitol by not playing along with their rules. President Snow has made it clear to Katniss that everyone she cares about will be in great danger if she does not do a good job at convincing everyone her love for Peeta was real. Rumors of the Districts rebelling are going around and Katniss just happens to be the symbol of the rebellion. But the Capitol has something up their sleeve for the Quarter Quell Hunger Games to make sure Katniss will not be around for the rebellion. Katniss must fight and survive if she wants to keep her loved ones safe.

The Hunger Games Trilogy

Katniss has barely made it out of the arena alive. All of her family and friends are safe, except one person, Peeta. District 12 is destroyed. She is taken to the underground city of District 13. There she trains to fight the Captiol and she has to decide if she wants to take on the role as the symbol of the rebllion army as the Mockingjay. Will she be used as another game piece in this battle or will she be the leader the rebels need to defend their rights? Katniss must defeat President Snow and the Captiol once and for all if she plans on keeping her friends and family safe and moving on with her life.
